The disabled have run out of places to park, as their designated handicapped parking spaces are being taken by fraudulent individuals. Our cities are being robbed of serious metered parking revenue to to this abuse as well. The police are far too valuable and busy to stake out parking lots to ticket handicapped parking violators. The abusers go largely unpunished. It's time for our community to become the ambassadors for our cities, and report handicapped parking violators when they see it.Remember that we can not know somebody's personal situation. That doesn't look like anything I ever saw on any military installation *I* was ever assigned to.And unless I miss my guess the guy in the multi-colored T-shirt wasn't a uniformed member of the United States Armed Forces.If,by chance,I'm correct on both counts that "DI" could be charged with about a half dozen crimes in a civilian court....if the whole thing wasn't a staged performance.

You wouldnt necessarily have a right to boss ppl around. And ppl have every right to refuse orders from anyone, cop or civillian if they are within the law. It would just be a small justice. It would be nice to see a small justice every once in a while. Especially to those idiots who focus their blame and anger at our troops and not the dicks in Washington in charge...Our country is so morally fucked up its sickening
